Hisbodedus - A Selection of Essays

Our friend in Eretz Yisrael has compiled a nice collection of Breslov teachings in English about hisbodedus -- Rebbe Nachman's path of secluded meditation and personal prayer. The booklet includes two key teachings from Likutey Moharan, translated by Moshe Mykoff and annotated by Chaim Kramer of the Breslov Research Institute; plus essays by contemporary Breslov teachers Rabbis Erez Moshe Doron, Itamar Schwartz, Avrohom Yitzchok Kletsky, Dov ben Avraham, Yosef Peretz, Avraham Zvi Kluger, Shalom Arush and Tal Zwecker; and related customs compiled by Dovid Zeitlin and Dovid Sears. All in all, the reader will get a fairly comprehensive idea of what hisbodedus is all about in theory and in practice from this work. It may be downloaded free of charge here.
