We are happy to
say that Rabbi Rosenberg is no longer in the hospital, but recovering at home
from what the doctors described as a “mini-stroke.” He is taking blood thinners
and other medications, and seemed to be in good spirits when we spoke with him
over the phone. Although initially he could not move his hands and was unable
to speak clearly, he is now back to normal. However, he must rest and cannot
travel to America to raise funds again for at least three months, according to
his doctors’ orders.
If any
supporters of Eizer L’Shabbos could help relieve his burden of debt at this
time, it would be a tremendous help to both the needy of Tsfat and a great
source of relief to Rabbi Rosenberg, and would no doubt contribute to his
speedy recovery. Donations may be made online here.
Checks may be
